个人简介
近年来主要从事食品蛋白质自组装机制解析、功能纳米载体构建与营养递送应用研究。主持国家重点研发计划子课题项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划子课题、科技部、天津市教委项目3项。以(共同)第一作者、通讯作者在Biomaterials、Journal of Controlled Release 、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Biomacromolecules、Journal of Food Science等期刊发表SCI论文6篇,其中影响因子>10的4篇。作为指导教师指导学生获得第八届全国食品专业工程实践训练综合能力竞赛(北部赛区)特等奖,本人获得优秀指导教师奖。本人在食品科学与工程、生物与医药(食品工程)长期招生。
