基本信息:张文,1990年生,于天津大学化工学院获学士、博士学位,现任天津商业大学副教授,硕士生导师,天商青年学者,担任《食品研究与开发》杂志青年编委,天津市生物化学与分子生物学会员。从事消化系统损伤修复机制及防治技术研究,取得特色成果。主持国家自然科学基金项目、天津商业大学新进教师科研启动项目,参与国家级或省部级科研项目4项,在国际一流期刊Nucleic Acids Research、Military Medical Research、Cell Death & Disease、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、LWT-Food Science and Technology等发表论文20余篇,其中SCI中科院一区期刊论文10篇,申请国家发明专利5项,获得授权3项。
